Phases to quit smoking

🚭 Stop smoking for free in 3 phases thanks to the Spanish Association Against Cancer:

- Phase 1

You'll start by cutting back on the cigarettes you currently smoke for one to two weeks. If you feel like you can quit from the first... That's also possible!

- Phase 2

During the following weeks we will reduce the allowed cigarettes a little more and we will set the D-day, when you will definitely stop smoking.

- Phase 3
