Beta version of the LiveTex operator's mobile application. The functionality is limited and will be added gradually.

The following functionality is currently available:

- Login to the application (setting the status "Available");

- Exit the application. Attention: At the moment, the "Offline" status is set only when you click on the Logout button, or after 12 hours since the last time the application was disconnected from the server (application stopped, unloaded from memory, no Internet connection);

- View the list of assigned calls;

- Acceptance of new applications;

- Correspondence in circulation (text messages and files, quoting messages)

- Closing an appeal (without a tag or category);

- Sound notifications;

- Push notifications;

- Transition to the appeal by push-notification of a new message;

- Indication and counter of unread messages in requests;

- Transfer of appeal between operators;

- Quick messages.

Install a mobile operator workplace and stay always in touch. Consult clients outside the office, on the road or lying on the couch, without being constantly at the computer.
