TecnoZap is a unique application for Tecnomotor customers to exchange messages, pictures and videos between customer and technical support. Installation is free, but to use it you must have one of the following software and Tecnomotor equipment in the latest version: Rasther PC (Rasther 3 Rasther 3S, Rasther BOX), Common Rail PC (TM 510, TM 513, TM 509 ) Rasther Aligner and Tecno 3D Aligner (TM 710 and TD 1200). The TecnoZap uses the Internet connection of your device (4G / 3G or Wi-Fi, as available) so you can send messages, pictures or videos.

Using the TecnoZap:

Open TecnoZap and enter the number of your machine, the application will send a validator code in the email that was registered with the product software, just enter this code entered in the email in TecnoZap to release the application after this procedure simply start the service . Every 30 days a new validation code will be asked for better control of users and quality of service.
