Vivaz Activity is the Vivaz App that challenges you to lead an active and healthy life and also rewards you for it. It is a free App and available to everyone. With this App you can monitor your daily activity (steps and minutes of sports activity) as well as your hours of rest. We challenge you to reach a total of 10,000 "Vivaces" (our measure of healthy living) every day, an objective that you can achieve by walking 10,000 steps, practicing a sport for 60 minutes, or combining steps and minutes of sport. If you meet this challenge, we reward you, since our goal is to keep you active and thus improve your health. Additionally, if you sleep at least 7 hours, we increase the reward since a good rest is also synonymous with health.

In addition to your daily personal activity and rest challenge, you can create your own challenges with friends and family by inviting them to compete with you to see who is the one who steps the most each week.

You can also sign up for the collective challenges that appear in the App and whose objective is to achieve a number of concrete steps among all the people who sign up for solidarity purposes.

It is not necessary to be a super athlete to enjoy Vivaz Activity, It is an App suitable for all kinds of people and the challenges that are proposed are easy to achieve. Just by changing small habits such as: replacing the use of the elevator with the stairs or getting off the bus a couple of stops before yours and taking a short walk, you will notice a big difference.

In short, Vivaz Activity is the App that helps you stay active and healthy in an easy and fun way, as if it were a game. And it rewards you for it!

MONITOR YOUR ACTIVITY AND REST: Connect your device or activity bracelet with the App so that the steps you take each day, the minutes of sports activity and your hours of sleep are loaded and thus be able to check if you meet the daily challenge. Track your results and strive to reach the goal as many times as possible.

MULTI DEVICE: Vivaz Activity can connect with the main activity devices such as Fitbit, Garmin or Nokia. You can also connect Vivaz Activity directly with Apple Salud using your mobile or an Apple Watch to record your activity.

COMPETE WITH YOUR FRIENDS: Create your own challenges and invite your friends and family to compete to see who walks the most steps. Check the group statistics to see who leads the step ranking of all the participants, the winners of each week and the times you have won in the group. The best way to dare to walk to be champion in your group challenges.

ACTIVITY HISTORY: Track your activity over time by accessing your history. You will be able to see both your activity in the last 7 days, as well as that of the last month.

THE APP THAT AWARDS YOU: Taking care of yourself and staying active has a prize. Vivaz Seguros rewards you with points for completing your daily challenge as well as for participating and winning in those challenges in which you participate with friends.

With the daily activity challenge (10,000 vivaces), you will be able to get a discount of up to € 150 in the renewal of Full Vivaz health insurance and up to € 75 if it is the renewal of Vivaz Essential health insurance. These amounts may be increased to € 202.50 and € 101.25, respectively, if, in addition to the 10,000 vivacious, you register a rest of 7 hours a day.

The points you get with the group challenges can be exchanged for the gifts and discounts included in the App Marketplace.
