groups

Groups serve to structure your respective organization in learning groups. A school class or study group can exchange content in a closed area and use other tools for different goals. Instructors can manage these groups, configure needed features, and more.

newsfeed

Create global or group/user specific announcements. Each role sees the relevant messages and can respond to them. You can also use the news feed for voting.

Events

Whether it's a class lesson, private tuition or an afternoon program - appointments provide a basis for (digital) meetings and the appointment-specific exchange of information: logs and files can be linked. External participants can be invited easily and securely. Interfaces to the Outlook calendar are already integrated, we would be happy to add more (Webcal support).

video conference

With BigBlueButton you can start a video conference from different areas of the platform - an appointment, a group, the feed or the chat. For example for lessons, for organization-wide digital announcements, for self-organized study groups.

As an open source application, BigBlueButton can be supplemented at any time with additional functions such as the automatic muting of all participants when an announcement is made. Depending on the conference type, you will see the tools you need.

(Paperless) tasks

(Home)work can be created and processed completely paperless. Teachers create digital worksheets, optionally configure the correct answers, define deadlines and assign the tasks to entire groups or individual users.

Learners work on the tasks directly on the platform. The content can be checked automatically and the results can be displayed directly to the learner. Lecturers see the processing status, can provide assistance and leave reviews.

Results and grades are linked to the learner's administrative file.

push notifications

Is there a change in the substitution plan? Our intelligent software automatically recognizes which users the message must be sent to and informs them directly via push notification. You can also set up your own mailing list for each message and, for example, inform the whole school with just one click.
