GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
The Guardian Angel’s English Medium School is an institution of the congregation of Society of Divine Vocations.
The right of admission of the students is reserved to the management.
Parents are requested to come to school to sign the progress card on the particular days announced.
Fees will be collected on termly basis that is only three times a year in the beginning of each term.
Strict observation of school rules and regulations are expected from every pupil. In the matter co-operation of parents or guardians is expected.
Pupil will be admitted to write the examination only after clearing dues if any to the school.
Parents/guardians who seek information or who wish to give suggestions and complaints should approach the principal and not the teachers.
Parents/Guardians are not allowed to go to the classroom surroundings during the school hours.
Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, neglect of home work, disobedience, disrespect towards teachers and members of the staff and immoral influence justify dismissal.
Playing in the classrooms or in the corridors is forbidden.
Pupil should wear the respective uniform on the proposed days.
The parents should attend the ‘parents’ day and other meetings whenever it is convened.
Students will be promoted to the higher class on the basis of terminal examinations, monthly tests and various class test, conducted in the academic year, together with the internal marks scored by the pupil.

Every student must bring the student’s diary to class daily. Pupil is not allowed to use this diary on any other matter.
Pupils are responsible for the safe custody of their own books or belongings. Gold ornaments should not be used and the loss of which we are not responsible.
Cleanliness of person and clothes is expected of every student. The nails have to be trimmed regularly and hair has to be combed neatly.
Students must bring a spoon with their lunch.
If a child is suffering from any contageous disease of infection will not be allowed to attend the school.
Pupils are not allowed to use medicine without the information of the class teacher concerned.
No school matters will be attended on holidays.
