Tala - Maritime is Learning Management System App designed to aid the training of Filipino Seafarers. It is developed through a grant funded by International Maritime Employers' Council (IMEC). Trainers can push learning materials such as flashcards, quizzes, and multimedia to its participant online and can be downloaded offline through Tala.
