Got an Android device, but can't find your native language? need to get a regional variant of a language?

This application let you choose the language your want to run your full apps and system on.

Without Root:

If you are familiar with Android developments tools, then you can grant the required permission to the App without Root, by executing this command through usb "adb -d shell pm grant com.ardroidapps.system.language android.permission.CHANGE_CONFIGURATION"

With Root:

If you have Root access to your device then this application can do the work for you, by acquiring the required permission to set up your language.

This application supports more than 500 languages variants: Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Spanish, German, Dutch...
