Welcome to the Sherwood Lake Club

Sherwood Lake is a privately-owned lake located in southwest Topeka, Kansas. This 225-acre lake was established in 1966. Sherwood Lake boasts many beautiful homes and is considered a premier residential community in the area. It is located in the Washburn Rural School District.

The Sherwood Lake Club has 300 memberships and provides many forms of recreation. Some of the finest boating, fishing , and relaxing at the beach can be found at the lake. The Lake Club has a newly-remodeled clubhouse with a full kitchen, opportunities for outdoor recreation such as tennis and horseshoes, and a small marina.

Our stated guiding principle is that the Sherwood Lake Club will provide great, safe recreation for our members and outstanding beauty and quality in our facilities for our members and our neighborhood. We will seek improved property and membership values in everything we do.
