The Promotion Point Calculator calculates the promotion points for promotion to SGT (E-5) and SSG (E-6). Input Military Training, Awards and Badges, Military Education, and Civilian Education to determine points awarded for promotion to SGT/SSG based on the 800 point scale in accordance with AR 600-8-19 (Enlisted Promotions and Reductions). Each category expands by clicking the category header.

Additional APFT Calculator calculates your PT Score based off your push ups, sit ups, and 2-mile run time. For alternate aerobic events, you can select the E-5 and below check box to average push ups and sit ups for promotion point purposes. The calculator also shows the minimum, maximum, and 90 percent according to the age/gender selected.

Additional Army Body Composition Calculator calculates your compliance with the height/weight standards in accordance with AR 600-9 (Army Body Composition Program). If the input fails the height/weight standards, an additional calculator appears to calculate the body fat percentage based on neck, waist, and hip measurements. You can input the three measurements required by AR 600-9 or click the Ave checkbox to automatically average the initial input.

A settings page allows you to set your promotion rank, weapon card, gender, age, and aerobic event so you don't have to adjust them every time you use the app.
