Iowa Technology and Education Connection (ITEC)
The Iowa Technology and Education Connection (ITEC) is delighted to have launched its new Mobile Application. The app will be an incredibly convenient way for its current and prospective members to access all the latest ITEC information on the go. ITEC promotes the use of technology in education by demonstrating to its members, other educators and the public, developments in educational technology and how its appropriate use supports teaching and learning.
Apart from dispensing information about itself, the latest happenings, the events that ITEC keeps organizing, the mobile app will have all the latest information of the three-day ITEC Conference to be held from October 13-15, 2013 in Des Moines, Iowa. One can access information spanning the conference agenda, speaker bios, floor, directions to the conference.
Here are some of the features of the app:
• Learn everything about ITEC, its membership, policies et al
• Get all the information about the ITEC conference – Schedule, Speaker Bios, Vendor Registration
• Click pictures and share on Social media accounts
If you are attending the conference, you already are a member, however, irrespective of that fact that you are member or non- member, download the app right away and explore great opportunities with ITEC in the palm of your hands.

2. Push Notification messages enhancements:
a. Push Notifications will now have local device date and time and sender's name.
b. Ability to delete Push Notification messages in the push notification center.
3. Mark Listing Screens as Favorite for easy access through the left menu.
4. Newly added “Licenses” button under Settings will list all external plugins used in our app.
5. Enjoy the pinch to zoom capability on the Click and Share feature.
