Q. Forgot password. How can I reset it?

A. Press middle button of our Time Lock and set 10:10 time by moving hour and minute hands and press middle button again.

Q. If I know my password, how to open Private Vault?

A. Press middle button of our Timer Lock and set your password time by moving hour and minute hands and press middle button again.

Q. My hidden files are stored online?

A. No, your hidden files are stored and encrypted inside phone locally.

Q. Can I recover my files after uninstall of this app?

A. You cannot recover your files once you uninstall the app. To prevent your app from uninstall please switch on “Uninstall protection” from this app settings.
