Collapse the tower and save the people!
You can collapse one tower with one shot.
You can destroy one tower with one shot, and if you destroy all the towers, you can save the people on top.
However, if you shoot one too many, the bullet will hit someone and the game will be over.
Also, if you hit the surrounding bars, the bullets will ricochet, breaking the cannon and causing the game to be over.
