The best start of your first week would be to eat one to two boiled eggs for breakfast. After a week you can add another boiled egg every day for lunch. Eggs are not so easily processed, and all that proteins put an enormous stress on the body, that why you should not eat eggs for a dinner because you wish to have a good night sleep. And by avoiding eggs late, you will sleep like a baby.
