The GRIT (Genotypic Resistance Interpretation Tool) is an application by GlaxoSmithKline / ViiV Healthcare with the aim of bringing together in one single tool some of the most well-known antiretroviral resistance algorithms (Renageno & Stanford).
In the application, the doctor inserts the mutations detected in the genotyping exam and obtains the patient's resistance profile for each medication, in accordance with the algorithms.
