Revealing Satan's Trap in Misleading Humans

Translation of the Book of the Devil's Sermons, Imam Ibn Kathir said, "Allah reported about the sermon delivered by the Devil to his followers, namely after Allah punished His servants, then Allah put the believers into heaven, and Allah put the disbelievers into hell. Then Satan stood up and preached to his followers to increase their sadness on top of their sadness, loss on top of loss, and regret on top of regret..." (Tafsir Al-Qur'an Al-Azhim, 4/489)

Al-Hasan Al-Basri said, "When the Day of Resurrection Satan stands on a pulpit of fire and preaches, 'Indeed Allah has promised you a true promise, and I too have promised you but I broke it..."
