There are times when you need proper medical care. If you are feeling anxiety or stress you can just use this Instant Heart Rate Monitor to check your pulse rate.

Instructions:

Heart Rate Monitor app measures your heart rate by analyzing the blood flow on the tip of your finger.

Just place the tip of the finger of your left hand on the camera lens so it completely covers it. Then press the START button to start monitoring.

Hold your phone steady until the measurement is completed.

If you are not getting any reading, try to readjust the position of your finger and try again.

This app uses Image processing algorithms to monitor your heart rate. Therefore it cannot be fully accurate. You must see your doctor if you have medical condition. Don't fully rely on app's results. There can be a zero error of 5 bpm
