"For Huawei phone, recent update keep saying wait to download features if you want to watch live stream and nothing happen after waiting for hours. And you can't even do your shopee paylater payment when this happen. When I tried to pay on website, it say it require to use the phone. At the end I can't do any purchase. Don't even dare to use direct payment. Worried will deduct my money but system error."- user.

The issues above is exactly happened to me as well.. Not sure its due to my Huawei Nova90 got issue or is due to recent version updates for the Shopee apps..

Not able to get help neither from support nor the Chat with helpdesks as the same error keep coming in.. Please helps or return back on previous version for a while.. Previously happened until then new updates coming in to be back to normal.

- Azma769: yes me too having the same issues.. Not able to proceed payment of my order. Not able to get helps from support and not able to chat with Shopee helpdesks... It's all the same error keep loading asking me to wait for hours no anything happened..
