Demon Slayer follows the story of Tanjiro Kamado, a young man who returns home from selling charcoal in a nearby town to find that his entire family has been massacred by a demon. Tanjiro then decides to join the Demon Slayer corps so that he can protect others from the evil forces that murdered his family while he searches the world for a cure to return his sister back to her human form.
