August 27 patch notes revealed - SpongeBob SquarePants is joining Brawl Stars in the new season! Players can look forward to new SpongeBob skins, including Squidward Mortis and SpongeBob El Primo, among others, from September 5 to October 2, 2024. The new patch also revealed a lineup of brawler skins, two new brawlers, six hypercharges, and seven limited-time powerups. Let's break down all the new changes!

-Search for clubs to join in
-Participate in the Krysty Kash event
-Collect Krysty Kash as many as you can
-Spend Krysty Kash in Mr. Krabs' limited-time shop to get skins and many other things you want.
3 ways to collect Krusty Kash for your club. You can earn them through:
-Daily log-in rewards in the shop

New Brawlers
2 new brawlers to the roster - Welcome Moe and Kenji!
Release Date: August 29, 2024
-Role: Mythic Brawler, part of Grom's maintenance trio at Starr Park
-Main Attack: Fires a single projectile that breaks apart, covering more area to damage enemies
-Super: Transforms into a powerful digging machine to attack enemies up close
Moe is a blind rat who used to live in the Starr Park Sewers before being adopted by Grom. As a member of the Brawl Stars maintenance team, Moe uses his shovel to hurl stones at opponents. His Super allows him to utilize a hand-built digging machine to travel across the map and deal damage to enemies.

-Role: Legendary Assassin Brawler
-Main Attack: Alternates between a straight dash and a powerful slash
-Super: Turns invisible and deals massive damage in a targeted area
Kenji is a samurai-turned-sushi chef whose main attack features two alternating patterns - a short-range slash and a forward dash. His Super is a 'Super Slash' that deals damage to enemies in a large area. Kenji has high movement speed and good survivability, making him an effective assassin brawler.
New Powerups
Powerups at each Level
-7 new SpongeBob-themed powerups will be introduced, each associated with specific brawlers.
-Players can unlock these powerups by purchasing "Power Meals" in the limited-time Mr. Krabs shop.
Krabby Patty
-A shield that orbits around you. When destroyed, it grants temporary damage resistance. Three Krabby Patties provide a speed boost and charge your Super.
-Brawlers: Bull, El Primo, Darryl, Frank, Rosa, Bibi, Jacky, Ash, Meg, Buster, Hank, Draco
Kelp Soda
-Creates a permanent healing zone that restores health to you and your allies. Using your Super spawns a Power Cube.
-Brawlers: Poco, Pam, Max, Byron, Ruffs, Gus, Gray, Doug, Kit, Berry
Clockwork Clarinet
-After a cooldown, your next attack is enhanced by Squidward's music, piercing obstacles, and hitting enemies. You can store up to two musical attacks.
-Brawlers: Brock, Piper, Bea, Nani, Belle, Janet, Bonnie, Mandy, Angelo, Maisie
Spatula
-A spatula orbits you, instantly eliminating low-health enemies. It also grants a speed boost and temporary invisibility.
-Brawlers: Mortis, Crow, Leon, Edgar, Stu, Buzz, Fang, Sam, Cordelius, Mico, Melodie, Lily, Kenji
Doodle Pineapple
-Drops a pineapple from above after a cooldown, dealing damage and creating an explosive area on impact.
-Brawlers: Barley, Dynamike, Tick, Sprout, Grom, Larry & Lawrie
Bubble
-Leaves a damaging trail of bubbles that harm enemies. An explosion at the end releases more bubbles.
-Brawlers: Jessie, Bo, Penny, Gene, EMZ, Sandy, Mr. P, Gale, Amber, Lou, Squeak, Griff, Otis, Willow, Chuck
Chum Balls
-Hitting an enemy spawns homing projectiles for a short time. It also boosts movement speed and provides healing.
-Brawlers: Shelly, Colt, Rico, Spike, Nita, Tara, Carl, 8-Bit, Surge, Colette, Lola, Eve, Chester, R-T, Pearl, Clancy, Moe
New Modes
catch Jellyfish in a trio? Battle until you can't be respawned? Which one do you prefer?
3v3 mode
-Teams of three compete to capture jellyfish, needing to hold onto them for five seconds to score. Here are the rules and tips:
Rules
-The team with the most jellyfish wins.
-You don't get points if you hold the jellyfish for less than 5 seconds
When you catch the jellyfish, it may try to sting you. And JELLYFISH STINGS CAN KNOCK YOU OUT! If you get stung and knocked out before 5 seconds, you lose!
Tips
-Also, if you are knocked out, the jellyfish could be snagged by the opposite team!
Biggest mode so far!
-12 Brawlers split into four teams of three, battling to be the last team standing.
-Respawning is enabled in this mode. You can respawn as long as there's one of your teammates alive.
New Hypercharges
Changes will happen to hypercharges of 6 brawlers as well.
Poco
-Overheal: Provides healing beyond maximum health limit.
-Shield: Absorbs damage, increasing survivability in battles.
-Extra Healing: Shield strength equals additional healing provided.
-Team Durability: Enhances teammates' durability in fights.
-Better Healer: Improves Poco's overall healing capabilities.
Mortis
-Dual Effect: Deals damage and heals simultaneously.
-Damage: Hits enemies twice with his Super.
-Heal: Restores health upon Super's return.
-Max Distance: Engages enemies from a safe distance.
-Self-Sustainability: Increases Mortis' survivability in combat.
Squeak
-Projectiles: Enhances projectile effectiveness in combat.
-Bounce: Projectiles bounce off surfaces for creative hits.
-Split: Splits into smaller projectiles on impact.
-Unpredictable: Makes attacks harder to anticipate.
-Widespread Attacks: Controls larger battlefield areas.
Tara
-Size Enhancement: Increases Super's area of effect.
-Duration Increase: Extends the full duration of her attack.
-Gravity-Based Attack: Pulls in multiple enemies effectively.
