Duas to relieve anguish and worry

There are special supplications that have been proven in the Sahih Sunnah that some of them remove anxiety and grief, and relieve distress.

And the prayer of relieving distress and removing worry, means that help is only with God, not the servants, and until God responds to the prayer of relieving distress and worry, the servant must be certain that God will answer him.

Supplication is the believer’s weapon to get out of distress, decrepitude, and anguish, and the Muslim must supplicate to God in the dead of the night and supplicate, just as the last third of the night is the best time for supplication to be answered. Dr. Magdy Ashour, scientific advisor to the Grand Mufti of the Republic, says that whoever suffers from distress, worry, grief, and debt, says “There is no power nor strength except with God, there is no god but You, Glory be to You. Indeed, I was of the wrongdoers.”
