The M5K, organized by McDonald's, is the largest female race in Latin America. Since the first edition, held in 2011, the event has gathered over 300,000 women, throughout the region.

Now with the M5K McDonald's app, the race will become even more democratic. Any woman can and participate anywhere in the world.

The physical events take place on 10/13 in São Paulo (Brazil), and 19/10 in Buenos Aires (Argentina), but all are invited to run or walk the 5km with the application.

The important thing is for everyone to join in this pink wave and celebrate.
