Over the last 5 years, the number of therapeutic options for men with metastatic castrate-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) has increased exponentially. The optimal sequence in which to administer these therapies is a source of confusion for many healthcare providers who treat patients with mCRPC. Several organizations including the American Urological Association and the National Comprehensive Cancer Network have established guidelines for the treatment of men with mCRPC.
