it sucks

These questions are for SM 2018. I sincerely hope a developer will answer them.The only way to find the potential of the players brought up by my own academy is to sell them, then scout them, then buy them back if they have world class potential. Is there any easier way to find out?Why are my players of world class potential gaining nothing from playing while loaned out? Their stats don't improve over the entire year on loan.Why are very old players so expensive? Buffon is 39 yrs old and costs more than DeGea.Why only 5 outfield players gain stats increase after a training session? And why only 1 goalkeeper gains something from a GK training session.Why is the potential of real life current and future football superstars so mediocre (e.g. Mbappe)? Who contributed to this ridiculous database?Why is there no tutorial regarding so many aspects of the game (i.e. I would like to know if I can retrain a player for a new position/side, RDM》》》CDM or RDF).I've played over 20 football manager games in the past 20 years and so far SM 2018 seems the most illogical, the least polished, truly void of common sense and understanding of what a manager sim should be. Why is that besides making a quick buck from selling overpriced players this game feels like an absolute disgrace?
