Reach+ 24x7 is a web-based mobility tool and system that optimizes communication and documentation between drivers, service providers, intermodal equipment providers (IEPs), and other stakeholders. The mobility tool and system provides for smooth communication to the driver when he or she has an event causing a need for assistance. Specifically, the web-based mobility tool allows for visual optimization of where the driver is in relation to the service and/or equipment provider network, and provides auto-communication tools that make event documentation easy.
