Panelshop App assist South Africa Drivers in case of Emergency. The main aim of Panelshop App is to Assist Drivers in time of an Emergency. A 24 Hour Number is available to assist drivers when in an accident or need Roadside Assistance. Free Towing is offered when the vehicle is repaired with one of the affiliated Panelbeaters throughout South Africa. Panelshop has negotiated reduced rates with Towing Operators throughout South Africa and passes it on to the consumer, eliminating surprises. The call centre will help drivers with Roadside Breakdowns, by putting them in contact with the nearest service provider. With Panelshop App drivers can locate the nearest Panelbeater and directions to the nearest Panelbeater with Google Maps. Panelbeaters can be searched by Name, Street Address, Suburb, City or Area Code. Panelbeaters can be searched by searching the nearest repairer to your location on a list or via a map. The Panelshop App offers drivers the facility to record intendents, with Location, Text Notes, Voice Notes and Photos. Incidents can be used to requested quotations from Panelbeaters or forwarded via email or WhatsApp. Emergency contact information such as Police Numbers, Ambulance numbers are available and users own Emergency numbers can be stored. The Panelshop App can also store Armed Response and Medical Information for when needed. This Information is stored on the users phone only and not on the Panelshop Database. Panelshop App also offers Insured Drivers the facility to select an Insurer. When selecting the Insurer, preferred rapiers will be indicated in Green and Other repairers in Orange. Insurers can also indicate Un-approved repairers in Red. When selecting an Insurer (Administrator or Broker) the user can forward recorded incidents to such Insurer. The Insurers information will also be displayed, including Emergency Numbers. Panelbeaters and Tow Truck Operators that is not on our database can send a request with information to be added on the Panelshop Database. App users can also request to add an Insurer, Administrator or Broker if not included in our database. Insured Drivers can save a Policy number that will be included in all correspondence. Panelshop plans to include search for other service providers, such as mechanics, tyres suppliers, electricians, and all related services on offer.
