Added damage elements : Each damage now has element type.
Added Vulnerabilities and Resistances to these elements.
Gear can now have more modifiers then just Skill upgrades.
Guild leaders can now promote/demote and kick members
Added new Elite version of enemies which now spawns at Daily Dungeons/ Guilds / Elite nodes. These are ment to be hard and killed in party
Daily dungeons are now arranged as chain.
