Lacrosse Faceoff Practice: Drills and Workouts to Improve Face Off Reaction Time

Want to improve your lacrosse faceoff reaction time to help your team gain possession of the ball? Want effective drills and workouts to help you do so? Then grab your boots and sticks because Lacrosse Faceoff Practice is the app for you.

Lacrosse Faceoff Practice was designed by a lacrosse coach who wanted his team to improve their lax faceoff reaction speed. The coach realized that if his athletes could practice reacting to the ref whistle by themselves, they would have more opportunities to achieve their fastest reaction time. Lacrosse Faceoff Practice does just this by acting like your own personal face off trainer.

In addition to the lax face off practice, the app will give you a set of drills and workouts to help improve your overall lacrosse performance. These include exercises for chops, clamps, pinch and pop, and several others.

Finally, there is a reaction timer for when you are off the field. You still here the lacross ref whistle blow, but can react with a touch of a button. This can help improve your overall reaction speed.
