Client Service: A dedicated account executive will be available to manage all aspects of your account such as technical queries as well as guidance and training in order to fully utilise the SMS communication medium.

Technical expertise: The DMS software was designed and developed in-house by the DMS technical department. The user interface is referred to as the "Web Services" and allows easy access to your campaign information and managing thereof. Our software can be adapted and customized according to your specific SMS requirements.
