Sarathi Career Mitra is an initiative of Sarathi Social Foundation, NGO based at Pune Maharashtra. Sarathi Socal Foundation is working with NSDC on Skill Development front. We also work in Healthcare & Agriculture domain.

Sarathi Career Mitra is a platform for students, job-seekers and entrepreneurs to acquire knowledge and skills that will make them market ready. The microfinance sector plays an important role in promoting inclusive growth by providing credit to borrowers at the bottom of the economic pyramid. This sector is creating opportunities for low-income households by providing credit to a significant percentage of the population.

In the last few years, the microfinance sector has shown promising growth and boosted Indian economy. This sector is offering formal credit to underserved low-income households and MSMEs.

At Sarathi Career Mitra, we would empower youths so that they can join this sector as it offers enormous growth. Proficiency in regional languages is an add-on qualification needed in this sector and the candidates trained by us will prosper. The candidates from small towns can kick-start their career with this course. This course is of two months’ duration and it will be delivered by the faculties with 25+ years of experience from the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance industry. The course curriculum framed is as per industry requirements and experienced faculties assure success to every deserving candidate.

On successful completion, the candidates will be certified by BFSI Sector Skill Council of India. This would also lead to a placement in NBFCs, Small Banks and similar organizations.
