About Flightradar24 Flight Tracker

Flightradar24 is a free flight tracking app that allows users to see flights around the world move in real-time on a detailed map, identify flights overhead, and view flight information including a photo of the actual airplane. The app also offers historical data and playback of past flights, as well as filters and alerts to find and track flights of interest. Two upgrade options, Silver and Gold, offer additional features such as more detailed aircraft and flight information, weather layers, and extended Mode S data. Flightradar24 receives positional data from ADS-B transponders on most aircraft and has a network of over 20,000 ground stations to receive this data, as well as multilateration and real-time radar data in some regions. The app is strictly for entertainment purposes and the developer is not responsible for incidents resulting from its use.
