Le développement rapide de la technologie ouvre des possibilités aux diplômés en électricité

Electrical engineering is one of the technical fields of electrical applications to meet people's needs.

Electrical engineering involves the concept, design, development, and production of electrical and electronic devices needed by society. Electrical engineers are professionals who play an important role in developing and advancing high technology in the world of computers, lasers, space exploration, telecommunications, energy, and other applications of electronic devices and systems.

Electrical engineering works with engineers from other areas such as chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, and civil engineering to design, develop, and help produce various kinds of products and services such as energy distribution systems, personal computers, satellite systems, handheld radios, radar systems, cars electricity, artificial heart, etc. that involve electrical and electronic components.

There are two main uses of electricity, namely as a means of sending electric power from one place to another and as a means of sending information. Traditionally, the field of electrical engineering can be divided into the following seven areas of specialization:

Electric power engineering

Electromagnetic engineering is a branch of electrical engineering. The image shows the range of the electromagnetic wave spectrum.

Electronic engineering is a technique that deals with various materials in various configurations or structures that can regulate the flow of electric current. In electronic engineering known and used various components such as diodes, transistors, and integrated circuits to build hardware. The results of electronic engineering are used directly by other fields such as computer engineering and telecommunications techniques with integrated circuits as one of the biggest advancements most utilized.

System engineering

Electrical Engineering with a very broad field of study can be broken down into various concentrations, including telecommunications engineering, electrical engineering, control engineering, instrumentation engineering, computer engineering and electronic engineering. In addition to focusing on their own fields, Electrical Engineering can also be synergized with other fields of science, such as electromedical (synergy with Medicine), electrical installations for buildings (synergy with Civil Engineering), and so on.

Work prospect

The rapid development of technology opens up wider opportunities for graduates of electrical engineering. Currently more and more graduates of this department are needed to fill important positions that require skills in the field of electronics. Some professions that can be done by graduates of electrical engineering, for example: telecommunications technicians; radar technicians, sonar and navigation; radio frequency and microwave technicians, cellular technicians, network system technicians and many others.
