The application has a quick interaction feature "Talk to us" which enables the client to communicate immediately with the employee of the Customers Happiness center to answer all queries, and provide the right guidance and assistance to the time of the dear clients .

The application also supports the customers most needy services according to the latest statistics, while ensuring easy use, safe payment and confidentiality of users data.

In addition to providing the most important legal information related to the interests of customers, and the presentation of local and global events.

The Public Prosecutions Department in RAK confirms its interest in following up users' views and suggestions to develop the application through the coming updates.

تُطلق دائرة النيابة العامة هذا التطبيق الذى يحتوى على عدة مميزات غير مسبوقة بالنسببة للتطبيقات المشابهة المتوفرة على المتاجر الذكية .

يحتوى التطبيق على خاصية التفاعل السريع " تحدث معنا" التى تمكن المتعامل من التواصل الفورى مع موظف مركز سعادة المتعاملين للإجابة عن كل الاستفسارات ، و تقديم المساعدة و التوجيه الصحيح حرصاً على وقت المتعامل العزيز .

كما يدعم التطبيق تقديم الخدمات الأكثر استعمالاً وفقاً لأحدث الإحصائيات ، مع ضمان الاستخدام السهل و السداد الآمن و سرية بيانات المستخدمين .

بالإضافة إلى توفير أهم المعلومات القانونية ذات الصلة باهتمامات المتعاملين ، و عرض الأحداث و الفعاليات المحلية و العالمية .
