Simply select the list of apps you want to put on hold and the time you want to put them on hold for and you're done. Phokas won't put on hold any other apps that you don't select and you can continue to use whatever you need, without switching off your phone. Phokas will make sure nothing disturbs you if you don't need it to, and you ace that exam or presentation or whatever's needed ASAP, finished on time, and well!
