Birth & Beyond Knowledge for a better life Our goal is achieved through classes. Birth & Beyond offers childbirth education classes (Lamaze)which is a 6 weeks course it teaches you all what you need to know about birth, breastfeeding and baby care this course is for pregnant ladies in their 30 weeks of pregnancy , breastfeeding consultations, Infant/child First Aid and CPR as well as prenatal and exercise classes, positive discipline workshop for parents to help them with their child's behavioral problems and other parenting workshops.
