Requesting a ride is easy:

- Download the app and enter your mobile number to sign up

- Tell us where and when you want to be picked up

- Choose a service type (either Bike Taxi or Cargo Bike)

- Add your drop-off location and get a price estimate

- You’ll see your rider’s photo and details and can track their arrival

- Payment can be made by debit/credit card or cash with your receipt delivered by email

- Rate your rider to help us improve the Pedal Me experience

All of our riders are identity and DBS checked. Every trip you or your precious cargo make is tracked for your safety and security.
