It is free to play on APK Pure. lichess will never charge from players and no vip accounts. Everybody has unlimited access to all features without paying a cent.

Is lichess better than Chess.com?

We think that lichess is better at higher levels of play, while Chess.com is stronger at lower levels.

Can I play lichess on mobile?

Lichess mobile is the lichess.org official application. It is written in TypeScript, with a bit of Kotlin and Swift. It is a web application that accesses the native SDK, thanks to Ionic capacitor.
