New Rental Owner Dashboard Features (Beta):
- Seamless Transition: Switch between manager and rental owner interfaces without logging out.
- Net Income: View total net income (YTD) at the top.
- Data Visualization: Adjust the "Income and Expenses" chart to YTD, last 12 months, or last eight quarters.
- Ledger Filtering: Filter by 3 months or 4 quarters.
- Contribution Requests: View details (requester, amount, description.)
- Recent Requests: See the three most recent requests.
