This calculator is designed to give an approximate size for an adequate room air conditioner unit capable of cooling the room you have described in your entry. Morning sun exposure is not usually a problem, however afternoon sun exposure often adds up to 15 degrees to a room. Our selection of a kitchen is based on added heat potential to a room.
