The Penn State Health Go platform experience starts with you selecting where you want to go and immediately guides you to your destination using 3D visualization of the facility via your mobile phone, specific access rules (public access only points), directional and visual markers similar to a GPS in your vehicle to guide you to your destination.

Simple, but very effective in getting patients, visitors, caregivers, everyone that uses the platform to their destination.

Penn State Health Go is an indoor positioning & navigation experience in the form of an easy-to-use mobile app. The Wayfinder app operates in the visual (sign) languages captured in the 3D space. What that means, if on the floor there is a sign "ADMINISTRATION", that is what the patient would see in the Go experience today,

Penn State Health Go platform provides our patients, visitors, and everyone with a directional guide to get to their destination. It's simple, just select the primary destination from the menu or enter in the search bar the room or location desired (Nearest restroom), select it and off you go. If you're directed to another floor, it will even guide you between floors using our public elevators. All you do when you get in the elevator is press the button "floor confirmation" on your phone and the elevator and off you go to your destination.
