BSAFE is the BGIS mobility solution for individual users

BSAFE is the BGIS Safety Assurance & Field Excellence mobility solution. It is an assurance platform delivered by this mobile application and used in collaboration with our clients, supply chain partner companies, workers, and anyone performing tasks at BGIS sites.

The main objectives of the BGIS BSAFE mobile app include:

• deliver a mobility application to support improved processes and deliver improved safety, and on-site outcomes (such as timely collection of appropriate data from the field);

• improve the effectiveness, efficiency, safety and quality of facilities management and project services, by replacing slow moving paper-based processes with near real-time technology-driven processes;

• reduce time and effort required to demonstrate Key Performance Indicators achievement and performance requirements (such as transparent pre-start risk assessments for every work order, auditable permit to work processes, service report provision, completions and closures.

• Receive Work Orders

• Acknowledge receipt of Work Order

• Provide Estimated Time of Arrival

• Sign in and sign out of sites

• Receive Essential Site Information

• Complete pre-start risk assessments for every Work Order

• Request and receive approvals for Permits to Work when required

• Complete service delivery commentary against assets including any future maintenance recommendations

• Provide Service Reports and other evidence of work completion, enabling quicker job closure
