This app will generate your 1 rep max for bench, squat, dead lift, military press, barbell curl, and skull crushers. This app will also let you save your calculated maxes and order them by date to track your progress. User data will be saved locally on the phone.

Possible Future Features:

-Sync user data to the cloud

-View listing of maxes from all users on the app

-Real-time updates when a user posts a new max

-Methods of encouragement for users across the app

-Integrate with Facebook to make the app more social
