Service Introduction

- This is a smartphone remote control app that allows you to control U+tv with your smartphone.

- You can watch TV smarter with various functions such as channel switching, volume control, earphone listening, voice recognition, and text input.

※ Please make sure the set-top box is directly connected to the U+ Wi-Fi router. If you connect a set-top box and a Wi-Fi router using a home gateway, you cannot connect the remote control app and U+tv.

- Simple remote control: Simple remote control functions such as channel switching, volume control, search, etc.

- Search: Search content through text input or voice recognition (Only Clova search is available. Netflix and YouTube are not supported)

- Listening with earphones: Connect earphones to your smartphone and watch TV quietly by yourself

U+tv remote control app access rights

1. Required permissions

- To use the service, you must agree to the app's access to the following functions.

- Location: Used to find a list of accessible Internet wireless routers.

- Bluetooth: Used to connect U+tv and the remote control app in situations where Wi-Fi connection is not available.
