The application "Table No. 1" will support you when switching to a therapeutic diet and organize meals according to the recommendations of the attending physician. This is not just a collection of recipes: the application creates a menu taking into account the wishes to lose/gain weight, find answers to the most common nutrition questions, keep track of water and make a meal schedule. For greater convenience, after selecting dishes, an accurate shopping list for the day is automatically compiled.

Individual meal plan

When you first launch the application, you take a survey, on the basis of which a meal plan is created, which takes into account:

- individual characteristics and body mass index (BMI)

- type of disease (for example: gastritis, peptic ulcer of the stomach or duodenum)

- phase of the disease (acute/chronic)

- doctor's recommendations (for example: pureed foods only, lose/gain weight)

Menu for every day according to your taste preferences

Consists of 3 main meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and 2 snacks. You can choose what you like best from the dishes of different categories. Don't like fish or seafood? It doesn't matter: the application will offer replacement recipes for meat or poultry.

All menu options are created by nutritionists and support the daily intake of KBJU, the optimal combination of products and the frequency of their use.

Table number 1 includes a limited list of products that are allowed for consumption, which complicates the choice of dishes. The application solves this problem: it contains only modern recipes, many of which are very easy to prepare. Also in the application there is a list of “quick” foods that can be eaten immediately or quickly heated in a double boiler.

Water accounting

The application calculates the optimal amount of water consumption per day, taking into account your weight and individual characteristics (for example: whether the doctor has prescribed to limit free fluid), and helps you keep drinking.

Shopping list

When you create a menu by choosing recipes in the app, a shopping list for the coming days is automatically generated. All products are divided into departments of the store, and each item from the list can be marked as purchased with one click.

Do/No: Product Check

If you're not sure about a product, type it into the search and the app will tell you if that ingredient is allowed or not. If the product has restrictions, a comment is given to it: can it be eaten during an exacerbation or only in remission, as well as certain nuances (for example: apples are allowed, but not sour varieties, in the acute phase only chopped, peeled )
