The XrayPB app does NOT independently provide a VPN service. It is a client application that establishes and transports data over an encrypted secure tunnel via the internet, using the v2ray/xray core, to a VPN server.

It works as an universal VPN (Shadowsocks/V2Ray) client to encrypts your connection so that you can surf the internet privately and securely. Besides that, it also help you access blocked websites behind firewall.
