WorkOut: FFS app provides you access to the map of street playgrounds around the world as well as opportuinity to communicate with other street workout enthusiats via direct messages.

With this application you will be able to:

- Look which street playgrounds do you have around

- Find a place where one you would like to train

- Or add your training spot if it is not on the map yet!

- Find out who else is training on that playground

- Contact these people and suggest to train together!

WorkOut is a fitness movement which origins from the streets and street playgrounds. It is based on basic calisthenics exercises such as pull-ups, push-ups, squats and dips. But bringing creativity to the table allows you to constantly create new variants of these exercises and combine them in ultimate sets, making each training session unlike the other.

WorkOut was created by the members of One More Day community (Anton Kuchumov, Sergey Ivanov and Danila Cherkasov) back in 2009 as simbios of unique training approach, philosophy of balanced selfdevelopment and social activity. At first the movement was called Ghetto Workout in honor of one of the first videos called Ghetto Workout 24h Fitness.

We encourage people to become healthier, stronger and sexier without any financial costs, because you can WorkOut literaly anythere and anytime! WorkOut not only helps you to develop a stronger body, but a stronger spirit as well and developes such qualities like confidence, sense of purpose, patience and many others!
