Clinicians can securely access the app using biometric authentication and password management, with SSO available for enterprise clients. The intuitive home screen displays a prioritized list of patients, complete with visit details, clinician assignments, and addresses. For start of care visits, clinicians receive a comprehensive summary of the admission packet, including physician orders, medical history, and environmental factors. Subsequent visits provide a detailed context of the patient's care journey, highlighting goals, interventions, and OASIS start of care data.

Our app features one-touch recording functionality, allowing clinicians to effortlessly start visit audio recordings in background mode. An optional visit guide offers customizable sections and questions to address during the visit, giving clinicians the flexibility to follow it or not. Input fields are available for documenting physical observations, such as activities of daily living M1800 codes, that may not be captured in audio recordings.

Once the recording stops, the audio file is swiftly uploaded to the cloud and processed within 90 seconds. All documentation results are then displayed in the app, enabling clinicians to verify, correct, and supplement the documentation post-visit. Clinicians are also encouraged to start a brief "review" recording to describe additional observations.
