- Quick, Secure Login: Sign in effortlessly using your Google or Apple account, then verify with OTP authentication for maximum security.

- Instant Service Status: See at a glance whether your fibre is UP or DOWN.

- Area Outage Information: Check if there’s an unexpected outage in your neighbourhood and get real-time status updates about the outage.

- Order information:

- View the status of all your orders.

- Vuma Reach/Key customers can make payments for prepaid orders directly in the app.

- Easy Payments & Reconnection: Get notified when your service is suspended and restore your connectivity instantly with secure in‑app payments—or retrieve your EasyPay reference number if you prefer another payment method.

- Payment information: Vuma Reach/Key customers can track their past transactions, see your recurring payment date and monitor the number of days left on your package.

- Wifi Details: Quickly access your Vuma Reach/Key Wi‑Fi network name (SSID) and password.

- StepbyStep Troubleshooting: Follow guided tutorials to fix common issues (router resets, cable checks, etc.) before calling support.

- FAQs & Support Contacts: Browse answers to the most common questions or tap to find your ISP’s contact details instantly.Upcoming Features:

- Coverage Map: Instantly see if your address is already covered by Vuma fibre and explore coverage in surrounding areas.

- Seamless Service Ordering: If you’re covered by Vuma fibre, place a new service order from your preferred ISP from the app.

- InApp WiFi Password Management: Vuma Reach/Key customers will soon be able to change their WiFi network name (SSID) and password directly—no more logging into your router or calling support.

- Maintenance Alerts: Receive notifications of planned maintenance or network upgrades in your neighbourhood, so you can plan ahead.

Integrated Speed Test: Measure your download and upload speeds on demand with our builtin WiFi Speed Test tool.

- Smart Network Status Messaging: Get detailed, devicespecific alerts—whether it’s your ONT’s power being off, fibre line issues, scheduled maintenance, or broader outages.
