PRE-JOURNEY PLANS (PJP)

Plan your journey and mark your attendance on a daily basis. Perform the following tasks and update the collected information to the Head Office:

a. Book Orders: Book orders for retailers/dealers from product list.

b. Collection: Notify the HO on receipt of cheque collections made

c. Competition Sales: Update information about competitor’s sales (discount/offers) in market

d. Competition Schemes: Update information about competitor’s new schemes (discount/offers) in market.

e. Dealer Profile: Edit profile information and status of dealers marketing activities on a monthly basis.

f. Shelf Visibility: Record information about visibility of products on the dealer’s/distributor’s shelf for all brands.

g. Marketing Support: Send requests for support to marketing HO.

h. Work Summary: Receive summary for all tasks performed during PJP with final review and submit it to the HO.
