WHEN ARE FUEL RECEIPTS REQUIRED?

Vehicles travelling outside of their domicile state/province (on permit or license) are REQUIRED to submit fuel reciepts if they have:

• Two axles and a gross vehicle weight (GVW) exceeding 26,000 lbs. Note: Some states/provinces have additional requirements.

• Three axles, regardless of weight
